When I was a kid, this song was popular in 1968. Tonight while trying to get inspired I decided to listen and watch some music video's. I came across this video, read the words and listen to the song in its entirety it made me think of the real estate industry. Remember the rookie years, you know the new agent enthusiam you once possessed? How about being top producer of your office for a month, remember how you got there? Remember when you made what you considered good money? Get rid of those thoughts unless they drive you. Get ready now..We have our fights...Let's get this party started! When you get to tavern....think Those were the days................... are NOW!

I remember that song! I didn't know it was from the '60s! I wasn't born yet!
Thanks for the flashback!
Is this Mary Hopkins? She did it first. And McCartney produced it. Here's more about it. And you are right, those days are these days now.

Midori, That is a great song. It can be symbolic of so many times in our lives. Its fun to reminesce, but it be paralyzing..
Merry Christmas!
Sorry, pre-birth time :-)
But good point! Hold onto the positive and keep taking one step at a time. Times will get better and the persistent will be opening the wine bottles soon enough.
