The past 42 days, two of our WOW members have been taking Floyd Wickman Starmakers.... BUT... a coaching program is nothing without a kick butt coach.
Meet Sheldon Spiegel..his looks and personality reminds me of Classic Hollywood.....

Yes, based on these numbers...there is still plenty of business going on in Florida. Regardless of rates, market conditions and the media...its still holds true...Buyers are buying! Go out and get your fair share of the market!

Midori - I'm a Floyd grad, too and I can't say enough about the program! I tell everybody and I think he only hires the best trainers. My trainer was Jason Edwards and he rocks! The follow-up to the program is awesome, too! Way to go!

Hi Midori - I met and took a Sweathogs course with Shelly about 15 years ago! He still looks the same :) Not sure how the course has changed over the years but I know I got a lot out of it back then. The principles must be somewhat different because back then it was all about cold calling.

OK let me TRY to be serious. I have heard that the Floyd Wickman program is very good. Those stats certainly show that to be true.

There were a few agents in my brokerage who took the course and their results were phenomenal! You're right, numbers don't lie. I've got StarMakers on my radar screen for 2008.
I can also understand your afinity for the beach. I wish I was over in Clearwater myself. But, I can be in Daytona with a short 45 minute drive. It's not too bad.
Susie-I understand...I remember that I attended tons of trainings and seminars..this is what I can tell you...after taking Floyd consistently I was in the 10 ten for 5 Re/Max offices....consistently each month...for top lister, top sales and top producer...for an entire year before opening my own company.
I can tell that there are many associates who have smoother transactions.....more transactions and are happier about the business due to Floyd.
I bet if you name some names of coaches and trainers at one time or another I tried them but in my mind...Floyd Wickman trains and coaches real life real estate!
My best recommendation is find the trainer and coach similiar to how you want to service customers. I can tell you some trainers and coaches offended me by the way they spoke of customers..for me I love Floyd Wickman...as far as Shelly....he rocks!
Karen-I have to tell you, it's not the same unless you are in that group setting with a coach in your face...making sure you do what you need to do to make money. Many of my thoughts and ideas have evolved from the Floyd Wickman organization.
I learned a long time ago to take the very best of each trainer....and make it your own! Floyd's way is pretty simple..You give...you get! Can't get better than that!
Bill-WOW...now that is awesome..Shelly looks much more distinquished and definitely you can't see that star quality that he truly possesses. I swear he reminds me of Tony Bennet, Al Pachino, Frank Sinatra, Robert DeNiro rolled into one man. Now that is definitely star quality...I seen it and felt it from him.
The new program is not about cold calling at all. In my mind that is what I remember the most about Floyd Wickman...that darn cold calling BUT after doing it long enough...I can screen a lead like no other and I can definitely communicate much better.
The new program is building a book of business and an updated version of words useful in today's market. Truthfully you can use these same words in any market...They are that good!
Hi Chris-I am sending this link to Mr. Spiegel later today. I am telling you this man rocks...I actually started to cry out of joy for the production these agents did. Imagine 28 associates took it from one Century 21. There numbers...WOW...through the roof. It was truly an amazing thing to witness. Tuesday was graduation day...I just hope they all will stick with it...as far as the two associates that took it...they are in my WOW group...I know they will stick with it! I'll do my best to make sure! If you do get the chance to take it I really recommend you do.
I know Daytona and Orlando are close but it freaks me out to live too far away from the beach. I have always lives no more than 15 minutes away. I don't go as often as I should but for some reason its a comfort knowing its there. But you never know....my hubby loves Orlando...and he is a computer guy so if he had his way...that is where we would be.
I haven't heard of Floyd before, but will definitely keep that name in mind. From the sounds of it, I'd be there in a heartbeat. He's cute. LOL
Seriously, I 'm sure the benefits of his training would be beneficial.
I have never met Floyd...but hope to someday...yes he is a handsome man...Shelly aint so bad either and boy can he dress. I love those sharped dressed men! Oh the training is excellent...and it's even better when the coach or instructor does not hurt your eyes! :)
Midori, leave it to you to share, and pump me up when I've already had way too much caffeine today. I'll have to check out the two names mentioned, Floyd & Shelly. I was hoping to continue the metamorphosis from coal to diamond, but being a star wouldn't be too bad!
