If you are a Jericho fan, you will know what I am talking about if not let me explain. Jericho is a series that was cancelled before the second season started.
Jericho is a small town that goes under nuclear attack and the town's families living through the aftermath.

The town and the characters are common names you will find in the bible.
What is so amazing about the series, it keeps you on the edge of your seat and is so thought provoking and compelling.
I couldn't wait for the next episode to air. It could easily happen to us!
Then one day, I read that the show was cancelled, the last episode ended in a way to make you think it was all over.
I was teary-eyed (I mean it), I was shocked and I was angry.
I decided to do my part to help get it back on the air.
It seems to me I was was not the only one who felt this way.
You see it was the fans who brought back My beloved Jericho for it's second season.
People around the world worked hard to get the 2nd season going.
People, United!....The Power of blogging.....NUTS!
In the last episode of Jericho, one of my favorite characters, Jake, was talking to a rival trying to overtake the town, the small town of Jericho was being threatened....

The season ended with the words "NUTS!" We will preserve our town and face it..."It's going to be nuts!" Meaning.....WAR!
Bloggers around the world had an idea, that was to send nuts to CBS. They definitely did something that opened up CBS's eyes.
CBS realized it is what the people want, a second season of Jericho.
They were willing to fight for it and do whatever it takes to get the series back on the air!
Jericho is getting a second chance, the power of the people...truly amazing.
We the people, have a voice, a very strong voice. We can make a difference, one voice at a time.
How fortunate are we that can communicate around the world!
It only takes minutes and seconds to reach someone across the world!
Blogging is powerful, imagine the power of many voices, voices with similar interests, to me we can change the world. I say make the content of your post compelling, use your voice to better your communities and the causes you believe in.
Don't Sweat The Small Stuff, pick and choose your battles very carefully and let your blog help you along the way!

Midori,
You are right,
peek your battles, if it's close to your heart, fight for it!!!
Midori,
I was as surprise when Jericho was canceled, but was more surprise as on how quickly the Blogging Community got together and made a stand to put the show back on the air. CBS decided to renegotiate the contract and bring Jericho back from the dead, why?, because they got sick of receiving NUTS... Thank you Bloggers!!!

Sally-Never sounds like rants just hoola dancing and tropical breezes!
Lysa-I am telling you if you think activerain is addictive so is Jericho. I would get so upset when the episode ended knowing I had to wait another week. I honestly cried when I heard it was cancelled. I think finally TV land found something good and a little on the controversial side. The problem to me it's very real and can happen to us.
Jo-Anne-thanks for commenting and stopping by. Yes human beings can be extraordinary if they will go out of their way. The fans of Jericho did just that. I do believe we have voices that are so strong and powerful we should use them. Imagine how much we can change one voice at a time!
Well, Midori.....
It looks like you have ANOTHER passion in life, hmm?
I am going to check Jericho out!!
You always seem to be able to pull neat stuff outta me, sis.......
THANKS for being YOU, Midori!!

Sheepishly I say I watched every episode. Being from Kansas I get as much joy out or ripping the program apart as I get from the program itself. I like the show, I really do...
But...
Now that I have that out of the way I'm proud we even got a mention that doesn't have to do with that stupid dog, the little girl and that gosh darned trash can of a man.
